The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Full Desk Recruiter to manage a comprehensive recruitment cycle in a remote setting. This role involves not only sourcing and nurturing candidates but also handling various recruitment tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle across different industries, including healthcare.
Efficiently handle applicant tracking systems and post jobs on platforms like Indeed.
Utilize Loxo CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite for sourcing and networking.
Manage and execute social media marketing strategies for open positions.
Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and complete submission packets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through effective nurturing strategies.
Stay updated with the latest trends in recruitment and various industry sectors.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in full desk recruitment.
Proficiency in managing applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms such as Indeed, Loxo CRM, and LinkedIn tools.
Experience in social media marketing for recruitment purposes.
Strong skills in candidate screening, interviewing, and processing.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous.
