There will be a 6-week (paid!) trial period pending "official" teaUpgrade to see actual infomber status. Think of the 6-week (paid!) trial as a chance for us to vibe together. At the end of this period, you'll officially join the team. This part-time opportunity, 20 hours weekly is just the beginning – as we expand, your role may evolve into a full-time position based on your skills and contributions to our growing family.

day in the life… (REGULAR TASKS)
Source Candidates:
- Utilize online job platforms (OLJ) and LinkedIn to actively source and identify potential candidates for various positions.
- Conduct targeted searches based on client requirements and industry standards.

Job Post Creation:
- Develop compelling job posts using templates, leveraging AI tools, and incorporating unique information gathered during client discovery calls.
- Tailor job posts to effectively attract the desired talent for each specific role.
- Post job listings on relevant platforms.

Application Review:
- Thoroughly review incoming applications with meticulous attention to detail.
- Evaluate candidates' responses in application forms to identify qualified individuals.
- Input qualified candidates into the Airtable database.

Technical Role Prequalification:
- For technical roles, leverage ChatGPT or similar tools to pre-qualify candidates based on technical criteria.
- Ensure candidates meet the technical requirements specified by clients.

Candidate Communication:
- Contact applicants through various channels (text, email, call) to gather missing information or request additional details.
- Provide timely and clear communication to keep candidates informed about the hiring process.

Application Form Management:
- Create and customize application forms based on client requirements, using existing templates as a foundation.
- Modify application forms to align with specific roles and unique client needs.

Candidate Presentation:
- Present top candidates to internal teams, including hiring managers, who qualify for initial interviews.
- Provide comprehensive candidate profiles highlighting relevant skills and experiences.

Client Updates:
- Draft pre-determined email updates for clients, detailing the current status of the hiring process.
- Highlight standout candidates and any other relevant information.

Initial Interviews:
- Conduct initial interviews when necessary, stepping in to assess candidate suitability.
- Gather additional insights to present a comprehensive overview to the client.

Process Optimization:
- Continuously refine and optimize the recruitment process based on feedback and industry best practices.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

Proven track record as a Recruiting Expert with a focus on offshore hiring and PH talent acquisition.
Strong admin skills with the ability to manage and organize high volumes of candidate information efficiently.
Experienced using applicant tracking systems or other HR software for streamlined recruitment processes.
Fast-high speed internet
HUGE BONUS: Comfortable conducting preliminary video/Zoom interviews.
Bonus: Knowledge of HR practices specific to PH offshore hiring.
