I was an ADMIN STAFF at a Cebu government official for the summer where I harnessed my admin/office skills while still in college.
I became a CUSTOMER RELATIONS ASSOCIATE for a Real Estate company.
My tasks includes:
1) Lead CRA in turning over houses/units to homeowners
2) Conduct pre-delivery inspections alongside site engineers
3) Admin Works/Filing of Paper works and contracts
4) Entertain clients inquiries and address client concerns and warranties
I was reassigned as a MARKETING ASSOCIATE, working in the Digital Marketing field.
My tasks includes:
1) Graphics Designing - Created graphic designs for commercial and residential properties
2) SEO Copywriter/SEO Specialist - Copy editor and writer for the articles in our website and in our
3) Social Media Manager/Content Creation - I provided content creation and artworks for our website and our
4) Market Research - I have researched about the current and future projects of competitors and gathered information such as their pricing, features, location, and the like to serve as basis and comparison for one of the company's upcoming project.
I further progressed my career, focusing as a COPYWRITER for a digital marketing agency where I wrote effective copy, captions, articles, and scripts for international brands. I was also assigned as the copywriter for our Entertainment page called BAI TV which can be found on
I also became the Copywriter, Stage Manager, and Event Coordinator for a huge event called BaiCon - the largest gathering of all influencers in the Philippines.
As HEAD COPYWRITER, I wrote the script and the segments for the entire event.
As the EVENT COORDINATOR, I made sure the entire event and each segment is spotless and smooth flowing. I spearheaded the practices prior to the actual event and oriented the influencers regarding their roles in each segments.
As STAGE MANAGER, I made sure the participants, interns, and influencers know their entrance and exits, I align interns and participants where they should be staying while the actual event is ongoing and I had to provide almost everything related to emergencies (wardrobe malfunction/dehydration/food and snacks).
I ventured into Freelancing where I worked as the MARKETING ASSISTANT as the Graphic Artist and Copywriter for a small Marketing Agency based in California.
I also became the VIRTUAL ASSISTANT/EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/MARKETING ASSISTANT for a Mortgage Loan Advisor (Nexa Mortgage) based in North Carolina where I was able to focus on these different tasks:

I also became a CONTENT CREATORS RELATIONS MANAGER where my primary duty is to establish and maintain good relationships with clients and content creators.
1) Project Management - I build rapport, simultaneously manage projects from different clients such as McDonald's, Coca Cola, Big Bad Wolf, Samsung, Llao Llao, as well as other local brands.
I attend events, gatherings whether it's for socializing with content creators or an event held by the brand to represent Bai Social as well as to build strong connections not just with the content creators but with the media and brand as well.
2) Content/Marketing Researcher - I am responsible for researching content creators and suggest to clients how they would be the perfect Key Opinion Leaders for their certain campaigns. I then communicate with content creators about the necessary details, brief overviews, scope of work, as well as negotiating their rates.
While the campaign/project is ongoing, I communicate with the content creators regularly, making sure they pass their output on time, listen to their concerns and address it.
Should it be a concern that needs involvement of the brand/client, then I explain and suggest possible solutions towards the concern. Overall, I handle all the nitty gritty for the collaboration in order for the campaign to be smooth flowing and successful.
