Hello I am Upgrade to see actual info and I've worked as a virtual assistant wherein  I assisted my  clients in locating, calling and sending emails to leads and prospects on LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sources and I upload those information in CRM tool like Pipedrive. I use email management to stay organized and to contact possible suppliers and current suppliers through phone and email about orders on Amazon. I did customer service for my client and I monitor Amazon Seller Central for defects and performance notifications and if there are issues that need to be ticketed and sent to Freshdesk for immediate solution. I handle inventory, make Amazon listings, and enter data into Google spreadsheets and prep sheets. In addition,I also manage social media networks for the marketing of a brand. I can do basic video editing and photo editing for uploading and website creation.
