Since 2008, I've worked with various companies with different tasks and it's in the BPO industry that I have been with for a long time. I have worked as a Customer Service Specialist/Escalation Specialist for a credit card campaign and during that time I've developed impeccable phone manners and ability to politely deal with irate customers. I was chosen to become a Subject Matter Expert due to consistently hitting great performance. I also have developed leadership and organizational skills as I handled a Upgrade to see actual infotails of my job description that shaped my skills are outlined below:  - Provide effective and consistent customer support - taking escalated/supervisor calls  - Serves as Level 2 back up support  - Handles level 1 agents product-related inquiry via call/chat - Create Training Document - Conducts shift meetings for new updates - Conducts one on one performance coaching to level 1 agents  - Doing Root Cause Analysis - Makes End-of-day ReportsAside from having enjoyed my job in the BPO industry, I've worked home-based as an Appointment Setter for a start-up real estate company. We use Mojo Dialer to call leads. I've gained pre-qualifying skills from this experience such as Qualification Questioning, Objective Handling, and Closing Techniques. The most recent job I worked with was a customer service chat support for a monitoring application company. We use LiveChat as a platform. We solve tickets and do upsells for our subscription products. I have been consistently awarded as Top 1 agent for this company because of my Average Response Time, First Response Time, and Overall Survey Score.  As stated in the summary of my skills, I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. For me, life is a continuous learning process. Hence, if my background would not be of much help to you, I welcome tasks as part of my learning. New experiences that I will encounter in a new different job would add up in my "skills vault" and for sure will be an advantage for me to grow as a Upgrade to see actual info any case, you would require me to learn a specific program for this job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training Upgrade to see actual info fact, I might as well learn it myself. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
