I've been in the BPO industry for almost 5
years now handled sales accounts for 1 year and became a Team Leader, handled different people, gain experience in people management. I moved to technical support as a web advisor at a web hosting company, and gained a lot of troubleshooting skills; like Domain, DNS, Hosting, and Server. Then got transferred to one of the largest web hosting companies in the US as a web consultant, and I gained more skills in various online marketing and security products; like Search engines, email marketing, SSL, website security, and email solutions. Promoted to be an Advanced Technical Support, well versatile to handle out-of-scope support, Confident to troubleshoot, domain, DNS, email solutions, hosting, PhP, MS Office products, and website can also handle tickets, chat, and phone support. I also have experience working in ticketing systems specifically in Zendesk.
