INVENTORY CONTROLLER (MANUFACTURE SETTING):
• Orders packaging materials for the forecasted production schedule and considers the lead time of the suppliers.
• Provide reports of ordered packaging materials and requested delivery dates.
• Keep track of ordered packaging materials delivery dates.
• Coordinates all delayed packaging materials and reports causes of delays.
• Manages and ensures inventory stock levels are sufficient in the warehouse.
• Maintains buffer inventories.
• Identifies causes of discrepancies in inventory.
• Provides inventory stock sheet records and weekly inventory reports.
• Delivers basic administrative duties.
INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER:
• Develops work measurement procedure and conducts time studies to promote efficient and economical utilization of personnel and facilities.
• Conducts observation and analysis of personnel and work procedures to determine time and motion requirements of job duties.
• Analyzes work study data and equipment specifications to establish time and production standards.
