I am an MBA Graduate with expertise in  more than  100 multi properties of   vacation rentals, real estate , and hospitality distribution industries. I can do onboarding new softwares and syncing it the different booking platforms to CRM or to the new channel manager.

I can help  If you manage a property on Airbnb, Expedia, Upgrade to see actual info, TripAdvisor, or HomeAway, I have expertise in communicating with customers over phone  chat and email. I have experience with Airbnb, Upgrade to see actual info, Expedia, Homeaway  and other tools in managing your property or apartments. I am also eager to learn to use any new tools that may help get the job done well.I can set up your channel manager and sync all your property calendars and integrate them into all other channels available. 
I  have experienced in Syncing calendars such as Breezeway,  Tokeet, Guesty, OwnerRez, SmartBNB, Click up,Pricelabs  Resonline ,Hostaway& moreI have experienced as Property Assistant manager  with 8 +years of experience in the short-let & hospitality industry. I have experience in maximizing revenue, pricing and using pricing tools such as pricelabs, beyond pricing, AirDna , Wheelhouse and more.
I have experience as an Airbnb Manager where I can waive cancellations and help in removing bad reviews.
 Currently, I have experience handling more than 1oo multi properties  in USA and Australia. My experience in detail includes also: short -let , holiday let and short term rentals .- 3+ years as a manager of Hotel customer service team (personally trained), that provides remote customer support and booking management for 5++ properties in UAE - 3+ years as a Sales and Marketing Manager in 4* and 5* hotels in Cebu, Philippines.I have done training as Real Estate Virtual Assistant and I I have knowledge about Mojo Calls, cold calling, Craigslist, Skip tracing, appointment setting, MLS Listing  , Transaction Coordination , Residential Property Research, Lead Generation  and REI Tasks.
