Profile Description

Currently, my job is a Quality Assurance Specialist who is responsible for reviewing and auditing telephone interactions of our client to assure process compliance across the Contact Center. Our team is also responsible for ensuring the accuracy of order details logged in the customer database. A Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for identifying areas of service improvements and developing programs that improve the overall quality of the customer’s experience when interacting with the Contact Center environment.I am also a web designer who creates the look, layout, and features of a website. The job involves understanding both graphic design and computer programming. We also work with development teams or managers for keeping the site up-to-date and prioritizing needs, among other tasks. We do website change live using a zoom conference meeting and make sure all the platforms are updated.
