I worked as a customer service professional for the last 8 Upgrade to see actual infoalt with Australian and American clients for telecommunications company and credit card company.
I am currently a Level 3 support for an online hosting platform, handling almost all concerns from basic website settings to escalations and complaints.
I aim for client satisfaction and top quality works. I am self-driven and able to work under pressure with a quality result. I have slight knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Administrative work experiences working on Excel, Ms Word, PowerPoint, web research, email handling etc
I love music and the internet. I have a passion for researching as it aids me in widening my knowledge in different fields, making me more versatile as an individual.
