Profile Description

With almost nine years of experience, I have mastered how to ensure that you put a smile on a customer's face. I have been trained on how to ensure that you are able to aim for one-call resolution as well as great customer experience.
I have worked with two different telecommunication companies. I have learned how to be efficient and be able to value customer's time as we are measure with our handling time and customer satisfaction.
I also got an opportunity to work on an online food store where:
a. I get to assist customers to check the status of their order and ensure that they are listed correctly.
b. I get to talk to dispatchers to check on the ETA of the customer's order.
c. I get to talk to the restaurant's receptionist to check if the customer's order is properly placed and if orders are complete.
I also had a good experience as technical support where you have to be really good at probing to identify the root cause of the issue.
I have more than a year of experience as collections and billing support to one of the outstanding banks in the United Kingdom.
The best experience for me was working with a business to a business account from the largest technology company in the world.
There I have learned how to be an excellent account manager. There I make sure that:
a. Their requirements are up to date to keep their subscription.
b. Their concerns are answered in a timely manner.
c. Their issues are resolved through one call conversation.
Getting a good amount of experience on phone, chat and email support made me confident as I will be able to handle whatever job requirements a company requires.
