Profile Description

I started in the Business Process Outsourcing industry in 2003 as a Customer Service Representative and eventually got promoted as a Quality Analyst. I transitioned to working at home as an appointment setter in 2010. I was able to manage a team as a Virtual assistant and handled client meetings, payroll, recruitment, research and data entry. I have mainly handled appointment setting jobs in both B2C and B2B projects.
