I've been working in a BPO industry for almost 4 years. I worked as an Outbound Agent and transferred to another company as a Customer Service Representative for a Healthcare Account. I can say that my top skills is Sales, Telemarketing and Customer Service . I could simply say that positivity and encouragement is my daily strength. I'm a college undergraduate and took Associate in Computer Technology (ACT).
It has been a huge accomplishment for me to stay for a long time in a BPO industry. I'm looking forward to learn more, grow more because I know I can do more.
