I take ownership of the entire client journey—from first contact to closing—while keeping operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly behind the scenes.

With over 7 years of experience as a Business Development Manager (BDM), Sales Development Representative, Customer Service Representative, Appointment Setter, and Virtual Assistant, I have supported businesses across cleaning services, real estate, eCommerce, and restaurants. My role has consistently involved both driving revenue and managing day-to-day operations, allowing me to understand the full scope of business needs.

I have served as the first point of contact for clients, handling all inbound and outbound communications through phone, email, and chat. I specialize in converting leads into paying customers, managing pipelines, setting appointments, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication. I also ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate and timely information.

On the operations side, I manage scheduling, coordinate teams such as cleaners and technicians, dispatch jobs, track progress and ETAs, and maintain quality control. I also handle maintenance coordination, vendor communication, and administrative tasks including billing, invoices, payments, and refunds, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.

I am experienced in using tools such as GoHighLevel (GHL), BookingKoala, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Podio, Calendly, and Google Workspace, along with various dialers and communication platforms. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks, clients, and systems while consistently meeting performance targets.
