Reliable & Verstile

I have a very strong creative mind and can come up with solutions/uses for products. I started as a creative artist and worked my way up to creative director. I can use my knowledge different aspects like product design, manufacturing, logistics, etc.

I will have to say that this is one of my strongest suit as I was trained and still am dedicated to solve all concerns of my clients. I was trained to anticipate client needs and how to address them to add value to my company. As I always say, I want my clients to look for me for anything they need.

I travel a lot for work and leisure. For work, I usually handle my own and my Boss' travel itineraries from flight and hotel bookings to logistics, appointments to places of leisure. For personal travel, I do my family's itinerary from flight bookings to daily activities. I also organize dive trips as part of being a scuba dive master.

I meet a lot of clients, licensors, principals and suppliers during my work, I also attend conventions and fairs. With that, I handle all appointment settings fro me, my team and my Boss.

I am very efficient and organized on note taking and transcribing. For work, I always carry a notebook or a laptop to take down important points of the meeting - this way, I do not forget or miss out on anything.

I usually translate for my people in the Philippines with our people in China. I am fluent in conversational Mandarin and Fookien.

I started as a Creative Artist in my current company and worked my way up to Creative Director. I was proficient in Photoshop back then but since I handle the whole Creatives department now, I rarely get to practice this skill anymore but I will be very easy for me to get back up to speed.

During my leisure and dive travel, I compile all photos and videos taken by the participants and make a short video montage for them as an added value during their trip. I also sometimes do video editing for client presentations at work.

I am familiar with the basic functions of excel but I can learn pretty quickly the advanced functions if needed.

I can organize emails, delete unnecessary spam. I can filter out important from less urgent emails. I can get details like points of interests, to meeting details etc.
