Profile Description

I am a Virtual Assistant for 4 years. A few tasks I have worked on for clients are as follows: 

1. Dropshipping Fulfillment Officer 
- managing Etsy and Shopify stores  
- placing orders on the vendor's website or via email 
- managing order tracker spreadsheets 
- filing and updating tickets 
- searching for new products/vendors 
- tracking and manually fulfilling orders

2. Executive Assistant 
I worked for a business consultant who is helping out other businesses gain more income through proper coaching sessions to discuss digital platforms strategies. 
Main duties involve:  
- finding new leads,  
- drafting the cold email,  
- sending marketing emails,  
- following up on leads 
- active searching on LinkedIn, Facebook, and IG 
- using Google to generate further information or leads

3. General Virtual Assistant 
- managed HR & Lead Recruitment 
- drafting contracts and job offer letters 
- drafting Standard Operating Procedures  
- tracking attendance for the team  
- email correspondence & calendar management 
- preparing payrolls 
- other admin tasks
