A seasoned HR Practitioner, I have worked for 7+ years in the home healthcare industry, a start-up staffing agency, a financial technology company, and the trucking and warehouse industry (Amazon DSP).? I specifically have expertise in End-to-End Recruitment to help you find the right people to join your company. I can help you in:• sourcing applicants through job posts and referrals such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Craigslist, MyCNAjobs, ZOHO Recruit, Linkedin, RewardingWork Social Media Groups• screening and selecting qualified applicants• scheduling and conducting interviews via Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Outlook, and Calendly.• endorsing applicants to the management• conducting a background investigation such as a reference check and running a background check in Chekr, AHCA/NCAL, and Cori.• sending onboarding documents using Pdffiller, Docusign, and PandDoc and following up on applicants' requirements.• conducting company orientation• creating profiles in company HRIS and/or ATS like ClearCare, WellSky, AxisCare, and Kantime• deploying new hires in their respective departments/states.• setting up online training in Care Academy.• Experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems such as Bullhorn, JazzHR, and Fountain. and as a CCTV Surveillance operator despite being confined to one room I find it challenging and rewarding. - I monitor people in different locations to identify instances of suspicious or unusual behavior. - I track suspicious individuals as they move within a building or through a network of streets - Liaising with security staff or police on the ground to provide detailed intelligence, such as their appearance, actions, or location. - Ensuring the CCTV system is fully functioning, and that video footage is recorded and stored appropriately.
