Profile Description

I worked as a full-time invigilator for 2 years now, Our role is to ensure each exam is verified and we help our takers check-in before the examination. We provide all the necessary information that the taker needs for that time. We report any suspicious activities and noted further details that are observed during the session. 

In addition,  have 5 years of experience in a BPO company right now I am still hired and wanted to go part-time or full-time jobs, I have 6 mos of experience as a Virtual Assistant. I can do multi-tasking, encoding, research, and Appointment setting jobs. I am fit for any desired job with less supervision. As an experienced customer care specialist, I am able to address customer needs and wants as well resolving their concern in a minimum period of time. I am a dedicated representative and value very much for each day I am with the company.
