Profile Description

I started my career as an operations associate at a background check company. In this role, I was entrusted with verifying the work history of clients' applicants by reaching out to former employers via phone and email while upholding strict confidentiality. This position honed my skills in communication, research, organization, time management, multitasking, and typing.

Transitioning to a receptionist position at a Korean fine-dining establishment, I welcomed and seated guests, presented menus, and managed tasks such as operating cash registers, serving meals, and clearing tables during busy periods. This experience allowed me to develop customer relations, communication, attentiveness, and versatility.

I engage in content creation and affiliate partnerships with brands in the Philippines. Crafting videos and content is my true passion and has been instrumental in my role as a Social Media Manager.
I juggle the responsibilities of being a stay-at-home mom and working as a Marketing and Operations Manager at a Texas-based travel agency. I handle partner and vendor communications and oversee daily operations.

On top of that, I manage a small business selling homemade goods and operate a crystal gemstone shop, allowing me to connect with a diverse customer base. I am dedicated, self-driven, and focused on achieving results, always striving for excellence and showing a keen interest in continuous learning to deliver meaningful outcomes.
