Since 2005, I have worked in the call center sector, managing numerous accounts requiring customer service, technical support, and sales expertise. As a Supervisor, I oversaw teams and made sure that the agents were meeting our client's service level agreements. By 2017, I ventured into home-based freelancing, doing cold calls, skip-tracing, administrative tasks, and troubleshooting, required by my employers at that time, either for Real Estate, Auto Insurance, or Tech Support campaigns, as well as doing Project Management for a couple of stealth companies. I was a Director of Operations for PowerHouse Unlimited Services, where I oversee company SOP implementation and operations management trends, ensuring that all departments are calibrated in work processes, and creating training materials for everything related to virtual assistance.
I am very keen on details, always looking for ways to hone my skills and improve current processes without deviating too much from the operational status quo. Research and development are some of my greatest strengths, as well as coaching employees until they reach and maintain their full potential.
