Profile Description

I am a Certified Bookkeeper with over three years of expertise in accounting and finance. Skilled in analyzing, verifying, and preparing reports while adhering to standard accounting practices.

I graduated from Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance. I had my internship at Landbank of the Philippines where I was able to handle new account applications and deal with numerous clients. It taught me good interpersonal skills in dealing with people.

Currently, I have been with the DepEd Schools Division Office of Pasig for almost four years. Two years in my current position as Administrative Assistant III in the Cash Unit and Budget Unit, and one year and ten months as a Contract of Service in the Accounting Unit. 

Moreover, in the Cash Unit, I am in-charge in the preparations of Payroll Credit System Validation (PACSVAL), List of Due and Demandable Accounts Payable - Advice to Debit Accounts (LDDAP-ADA), and Checks. Then, in the Budget Unit, I was in the preparations of Special Budget Requests, Obligation Requests for claims, and checking of reports on Budget matters. Lastly, in the Accounting Unit, I was in-charged in the preparation of Financial Reports and Disbursement vouchers for provident Fund loans and EPIP salaries.

I have also taken online short courses to enhance my accounting software skills in bookkeeping. It covers actual hands-on activities, troubleshooting techniques, and timesaving tips and tricks to streamline and automate data entry in Quickbooks Online.
