My degree course in Communication Arts coupled with my background in customer relations for over 3 years and experience as a content and news writing for more than a year, gave me thorough knowledge and skills to fulfill the tasks and deliver outstanding results to the companies I worked for.

I have accomplished various tasks when I worked in operations such as, effectively identifying trends and then developing recommendations based on the information gathered, analyzing company reports to evaluate the organization's inventory activity, gross profit, and sales, and participating in all aspects of the hiring process, including interviewing, hiring, and then onboarding/training new employees.

I am proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Drive, Dropbox, and Microsoft Outlook.
