Talent Acquisition? Partner with talent acquisition team in hiring process.? Actively participates in recruitment campaigns; job fairs; college relations programs; general networking; etc. to ensure robust candidate pipeline.? Co-facilitates employee onboarding.? Continually champions Employee Referral Bonus program to include proactive identification of internal talent matching and advancement.
Compensation and Benefits? Partners with Payroll, HRIS and Compensation and Benefits functions as        needed to provide solutions for employees.? Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees; collaborate with the related departments, government agencies as necessary.? Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.? To represent the company during labor hearing.? Ensure the compliance of due process for employee disciplining.
