Profile Description

I am currently on floating status with my employer and became part of the countercyclical process that they have to address once the account ramps down. My primary task with them was to provide Chat Support Assistance for Sales and Technical issues. I was also trained to become a Mentor for agents who will be on Nesting and those that are on Post nesting.

I worked as a Business Analyst with my previous job. I cater to business profiles of companies in the US that are being used by their insurance company, banks and government entities, if they are doing business with the Upgrade to see actual info line with being a Business Analyst, I had to be keen with details that's why in depth researching is needed. I also do calls to several companies if information can't be answered through research. I talk to CEOs, CFOs, Presidents, Controller or anyone that is part of management to confirm the needed information about the company. Data entry is where I input all the necessary details to complete a company's report/profile. This is the reason why the needed information should be gathered or provided by someone from the management as much as possible.

Prior to being a Business Analyst I was a Chat Support Representative for an online store and we cater to Footwear and Reconditioned items/appliances. I had the opportunity to sell several footwear and a few reconditioned appliances by assisting the customers through chat in looUpgrade to see actual info for the item, placing the order and order fulfillment.

I was also a Chat Support Representative for an Internet Service Provider in the US and I assist customers in placing their application online, doing an upgrade or adding a service to their current plan.

I work pretty well with minimal supervision so long as all the needed tools are provided and all the pertinent details are communicated. I tend to over analyze things sometimes which I think is my strong point because this way, I see solutions that others don't see.
