Profile Description

I have one year of experience in Customer Service as a Chat Support Representative using the English language as a way of communication. During that time, I’ve developed my skills – communication and typing and the ability to politely deal with different types of customers while working under a limited given period and also meeting all targets. 

I have worked part-time as a Data Entry Specialist on a few projects and I have also been working as Social Marketing Specialist (using Instagram primarily as my platform).

I am adaptable to any drastic changes – a common occurrence with a BPO company and also working as a Virtual Assistant. I have learned and developed a great work ethic and understanding the importance of productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, customer satisfaction, working as a team and also working at home.
