I help online entrepreneurs grow their businesses by providing quality customer service, email support and administrative virtual assistance.

As a customer service representative in the business process outsourcing industry, my  job responsibility was taking order / catalog shopping inbound calls to assist old American customers process placing their orders online, rendering customer and email support by answering inquiry regarding order status, shipping and handling, order cancellation, refund and replacement, as well as offering brand credit cards and VIP shopping program. Moreover I also had the opportunity to review and approve or reject submitted driver documents in a transportation network account and did outbound calling for market research survey interviewing. As a virtual assistant working from home I was able to manage a client's Facebook marketplace drop shipping store by doing product research using Zik Analytics, listing optimization using Zeedrop, customer service tasks. processing and fulfilling orders, tracking order numbers and updating sales sheet. Besides working for an ecommerce drop shipping store, I also took the chance to work for a fitness coach for an appointment setting task.
