I have worked as a cold caller for almost 2 years. I have worked with different markets as chosen by the client. As a cold caller, I am was very patient and persistent. I have also learned how to probe question and Objection-handling. I was able to learn transferring qualified leads as per clients preferences to the CRM. I have also developed my prospecting skills. Great prospecting skills will help you target the right sellers/lead and individuals to talk to, and put you on the phone with them. Without great prospecting skills, you won’t even be able to place a cold call.
Responsibilities:
1. Outbound cold calling to prospects using the dialer and scripts we provide.
2. Choosing dispositions for the prospects/contacts according within cold call
platform.
3. Handling objections properly.
4. Scheduling follow up calls for either yourself or another tea
5. Regular meetings before shift.
6. Utilization of a time tracking app.
7. Updating results at end of shift.
After cold calling, I ventured out my capacity in the virtual field. I was able to work as a client success manager which is still under the real estate business. As a client success manager I support my customers as they transition from sales prospects to being into a qualified lead. I focused on customer loyalty and building close long-term client relationships, and often stay with the same customers as long as they continue to work with your business. The tasks listed below were I was able to perform during my stay as a CSM in the company: 1. Supervise cold callers; check on their needs as cold callers
2. Monitor the calls thru calltools and other dialers.
3. Conduct live call monitoring
4. Update the daily/ weekly team progress tracker
5. Do coaching for every cold caller weekly
6. Do call calibration
7. Approve cold caller's leads
8. Push qualified leads to podio
9. Provide EOD / EOW report
