Profile Description

I'm a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. I have wide knowledge and expertise in QuickBooks Online particularly on: Bank Reconciliation, Data Entry, Financial Reports and more. Plus, I'm keen on details and timely.

I have great expertise in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel as well.
I have direct experience working in the Accounting field for couple of years now.

I also worked as a Supply Analyst/Senior Customer Representative of Xerox Southeast for 1 and a half years. My primary role is to process supply requests through the web and email. The secondary is to resolve customer concerns related to tracking information and other non-supply inquiry. When it comes to order management,  you can count on me!

I have also handled a Telecommunication account based in Australia for 2 years. I handled disputes, billing concerns and other general inquiries. I was also upskilled and transferred to the Technical support department wherein I resolved multiple tickets and helped customers through troubleshooting steps. I also worked on another Line of Business in which we help customers to submit the necessary documents needed to activate their service.

I have the ability to resolve every customer’s concern through investigation, following correct procedure as well as giving them proper expectations. I believe I can meet medium-sized projects.
