• Responsible in the monitoring of HRD functions such as recruitment, selection and placement, and induction program
• Oversee and facilitate sourcing, selection and placement of qualified personnel for key position or indirect requirements.
Including review of job applications received and prepares the shortlist of applicants.
• Formulates and updates guidelines and policies on the administration and implementation of Company day-to-day operation
• Coordinate with department heads and personnel on their concerns that need immediate action and concerns that must be raised to the top management
• Coordinate with benefit providers particularly on insurance, health and retirement benefit. Prepares list for renewal with cost.
• Provide the management with monthly manpower report as scheduled.
• Facilitate and approve proper investigation, administrative hearing and consultation to concerned employees with regard infractions committed.
• Keeps track of all employee movement for purposes of documentation and benefit administration
• Provide guidance and direction to compensation and benefits.
• Analyzes market salary values through third party salary surveys (Indirect)
• Responsible in preserving the employee-employer relationship through designing effective employee relations strategy with the management. (Employee Engagement)
• Directs and coordinates any update of job description (from respective department head)
