Profile Description

I am proficient in writing and speaking in English, and have had experience in various kinds of writing.
I have over three years of experience in writing and editing blog content for a range of websites. I also have experience in writing email sequences and socal media posts, and writing copy for websites. Since I worked as a writer for a local government unit, I have had experience in writing press releases as well.
I have a journalism background. Since I graduated with a Journalism degree from the University of the Philippines-Diliman, I enhanced my writing skills while working as a reporter for the newspaper, the Philippine Daily Inquirer, for about nine years.
I  taught Journalism at the University of the Philippines-Diliman while taking up my masters degree (MA Media Studies-Journalism) in the same university. 
I am fluent in both written and oral Spanish since I studied and lived in Spain during my elementary and high school years.
