Profile Description

- Provides Tier 2-3 Level Support for Desktop Setup and Configuration based on multiple Client specific requirements.
- Point person for setup, configuration and troubleshooting of the following enterprise services; DHCP, DNS, File Server, and DFS, Group Policy and Active Directory for India, EMEA, NA, SA, and the Philippines.
- Works closely with the Central Desktop Management tool using SCCM (deploying software packages, creating base and custom OS Images, Patch Deployment, and Asset Management).
- Work closely with different Site IT Technician across the Globe for technology implementation and troubleshooting different client requests.
