I’ve been a Customer Service Representative in a local real estate company for 4 years. And for almost 3 years, I’ve been a Transcriptionist for a US-based Career Coaching/Podcasting business.

Last 2021, I started to do some freelance editing with a US-based Podcasting business.

As a Customer Service Representative, I have been handling inquiries about the real estate project, closing sales and ensuring quality after-sales service. I also attend to clients' concerns, suggestions and complaints about projects or services with utmost courtesy.

In my role as a Transcriptionist, I am responsible for transcribing raw and/or final podcast audio files and thoroughly proofread them before posting on the client's blog site. Additionally, I have experience as a Podcast Editor where I edit podcast episodes, create video teasers for social media, manage online files for podcast clients, and upload episodes on platforms like Buzzsprout or Libsyn. I am also proficient in using Canva for graphic creation, Filmora for video editing, and Garage Band for audio editing.

As an Admin Assistant, I am adept at providing support and email management to clients and customers. I handle back-end operations to ensure a smooth workflow and contribute to organizational success. I have a strong background in uploading and managing content on websites, particularly using platforms like Kartra and Wordpress.

I am very keen to details. I make sure everything is organized. I always go an extra mile in everything that I do. I always put forward innovative and unique ideas in producing quality outputs.

Above all, I am willing to quickly learn new software or system depending on your company's needs. I am working in a quiet home office using my Macbook Pro connected to a speedy hardwired internet.
