Facility Coordinator
>Can coordinate with the various property manager and building engineers to raise any issue with the property or building thru ticket service
>Can advise client/lessee if the issue has been addressed or resolved
>Provide ETA for the estimated service/issue with the client
>Can respond to client's inquiries promptly
>Be able to provide an efficient resolution to the client's inquiries


Credit executive (Credit Department)
 Accepts calls froUpgrade to see actual inforchants that process credit card applications for private-label cards (e.g Best Buy, Guitar Center, Furniture row) and reviews for possible approval of the application.
Checks and confirms credit application information to ensure accuracy and validity of data. 
Handles telephone inquiries from customers or merchants regarding credit applications.
 Review credit bureau profiles to verify applicants’ information. Does Underwriting decisions after checking financial reports for customers? Also handles general credit queries such as amendment of customers details(e.g account number release, credit limit)
Credit Underwriter  (Lending Department)
 Receives applications for customers who applied for a General purpose card
and secured card for possible approval, especially for Premier customers and HSBC relationship accounts.
 Process inbound telephone inquiries from applicants regarding the status of the application. Response to a verification letter
Responsible for accessing multiple systems to resolve inquiries. Handles Early Loss Mitigation Opportunity accounts (ELMO) 
Handles Authorization Risk Model calls Handles accounts with High-risk scores. Reviews Credit Reports and Financial analysis to understand why accounts or client was not approved for loans
