Profile Description

I was a working student when I finished my college degree. I worked at the VP office for academic affairs doing clerical Upgrade to see actual info 2006, I got hired as a CSR for SYKES, stayed for 8 years & became part of the Training & Quality Assurance team. Tasks include handling training classes & providing insights directly to clients for process improvement. I also provided email/chat/phone/floor support. My stay w/SYKES was fruitful despite not getting any promotion, the experience of doing tasks that was beyond my role was a great experience & the most fulfilling part was being able send my sister to Upgrade to see actual info 2014, I got hired in Telstra. I was one of the consistent CSRs who achieved 90% and above FCR- First Call Resolution.  In a short period of time, the managers noticed my performance and promoted me.  I became part of a pilot team as a Subject Matter Expert and I ensured the success of the account by providing insights & performance reports directly to our Upgrade to see actual info was a success and so was my journey with the company. I became a Team Leader to an Efforts Prevention Team. We struggled at first but on the succeeding months we achieved an FCR score of 92%, the highest achieved by a team on record. I earned the Bravo awardee that month. What drives me to work & what was the key to my consistency in performance? My family & in every given task I commit to give my best. I never stop learning. I always believe that in order to succeed -always be choose the right attitude!
