Profile Description

I worked as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, Treasurer and Production Clerk respectively.  The company I have worked were Insurance Firm, Manufacturing, Government Institution, Customer Related Services.  I usually handle all the clerical work of a Financial Advisor in an Insurance Firm - handles all the incoming and outgoing email, send all important documents needed by the clients.  While working in the Manufacturing Firm I am responsible in the day to day operation of the production that is accepting orders thru phone, schedule all the job orders for fabrication, monitor production schedule if it is finished on time, schedules all the delivery of the finished product to the customers.   I am also responsible in handling the weekly , monthly report of the sales, follow up and monitor due payments of customer.  I also handles the inventory and purchases of supplies for production, computes payroll on a weekly basis.
