Profile Description

I am an Architect by profession and I've always been fascinated with art, buildings, and sceneries. As I do love to travel and explore, I wanted to practice and enhance my learned skills in architecture, engineering, and construction to the advanced possibilities online. I enrolled in training in Virtual Assistant Masterclass and completing this training allowed me to expand my knowledge and develop my skills in E-commerce businesses;  manage and achieve goals involving e-business strategies and platforms.

I have been a Virtual Assistant for different industries including real estate, marketing, construction, and in a writing content company. I was tasked to maintain good relationships with existing clients and look for potential clients for various accounts. I was responsible for keeping track of all my client transactions and related documents, monitoring and reminding clients of important deadlines, and scheduling required appointments. Part of my tasks was email management, appointment setting, and calendar management.

Before entering the E-commerce business, I worked primarily as a Project Architect in a design-build company. There I monitor and assess material supply, strategically assign tasks to people on-site and make sure that the day-to-day target was accomplished. This has also been incorporated into my role as a Materials Procurement Upgrade to see actual info this capacity, I have interfaced frequently with clients, vendors, general contractors, sub-contractors, and even people on site. This has instilled multi-dimensional communication skills and an ability to recognize, act upon, and fulfill client wishes and needs to ensure their continued, and positive, relationship with the business.
