Profile Description

I have been an Accounting Specialist for almost 7 years. I have been an expert in handling a company's assets, liabilities, loans, receivables and statements of accounts. I have established myself with good knowledge, especially regarding accounting problems. I have also had an experience of almost two years being a Rockstar Virtual Assistant.

These are the tasks that I could help you with:
- In accounts receivables, I will receive and apply payments and also process bank deposits.
- In accounts payable, I will process invoices and payments, reconcile credit card accounts and petty cash, and manage daily cash flow requirements and transactions.
- For purchasing I generate purchase orders and maintain a good relationship with the supplier as well as a good credit line for the company.
- Maintained and compiled documentation for audits to ensure all requirements and deadlines are met.
Aside from being an accounts specialist, I can also help you with this following task:
- Accurate, fast and knowledgeable of computer applications like for example Microsoft Office.
- Skilled in planning and organizing meetings, and schedules and completing tasks on deadline.
- Encoding and processing applications into required electronic format.
- I can communicate with clients over the phone, in emails, and in person.
- I can also update and schedule posts on your social media such as Facebook, Instagram or YouTube and also update the ads per post on your social media accounts.
