-It’s quite challenging in selling airline tickets ‘coz even if you already addressed the client’s needs for their travel plan but if they’re not ready to book it yet they will be throwing you a lot of concerns that would make you decide to let them go and proceed with another client but if you are tough enough to convince the client like telling them the fact that the booking class is not always there and not waiting for them to decide and not always there it may be gone anytime soon. Answering customer’s needs with their flight like name corrections on the existing reservation, changing departure date or return date, and or cancelling their flight due to emergency reasons and ask for a waiver to the airlines to waive the fees that are charged as per fare rules of the airline.
