Profile Description

I am a professional Accountant and I do Bookkeeping, too. I've been doing analyzing, recording, reconciling, and auditing transactions, reports, ledgers, and some processes.

I help Real Estate Rental Property Managers to focus on growing their business while I take care of their financial needs from record-keeping to providing accurate and timely financial reports that will help them in their decision-making process using AppFolio accounting software and QuickBooks Online.

The goal of the company I worked for is also my goal which is increasing revenue through customer satisfaction. As an accountant, I do this by providing accurate,
timely, and reliable financial reports that will be needed in the decision-making
process. I have experience using accounting systems such as AppFolio, Quickbooks Online, MS Navision, and IFCA Property Management. I also some knowledge of using BuilderTrend, HiRUM Trust Accounting, Guesty and Xero. I also use MS Excel, google worksheets, and other MS Applications for report preparation.

I have a lot of experience in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, internal auditing, budgeting, variance analysis, payroll, excel, data entry and preparation of financial reports such as but not limited to Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Owner Statement, Trust Account Reports, and some ad hoc reports that the company requires. 

I am organized and am always looking for a job well done. I look forward to learning new things and I believe my flexibility will help me grow through various experiences not only in the field of accounting and bookkeeping but also in data entry, administrative support, and customer service that requires accuracy and reliability. I feel satisfied when I know I made a difference in someone’s business. I consider their business my business, that’s why I work hard to do well. The clients' success is also my success.
