Profile Description

One of the greatest skills that I've learned from working as a call center agent for five and a half years is being able to provide excellent customer service. Every time I talk to my customers I always make sure that I listen to them so that I would be able to understand their needs and with good communication skills I would be able to provide them with satisfaction at the end of every call.
Since I was working in the billing department of one of the biggest cable, internet and phone providers in the US, I get to upsell our services and this way I learned different upselling techniques thus ending up my day closing a sale.
My ability to multitask.
I can talk to client/customer over the phone while noting down important matters and/or processing orders using different computer tools.
