Profile Description

For the past 6 years and counting I have only
worked to 2 corporate companies. for more than 3 years in my first job I was an
multi task Administrative assistant. Multi task because as administrative
assistant I was tasked to work with being a purchaser and HR-Payroll as well. As
a purchaser im responsible for the inventory, purchasing and finding multiple suppliers.
And for the Payroll make sure that data being process are correct before being
handover to Upgrade to see actual info my second job working more than 3 years now in
a financial corporate company, I’m more like a BPO style but only handles and
provide assistance to employees. I handle email and inbound calls to branches
all over the country. I handle their IT related concern depends if it sent
through email or calls. Once I received it, I immediately call the provide solution
following the list of troubleshooting guidelines provided by the IT department.
And I’m also a part time job/ freelance graphic
designer for 4 years and counting now. I worked for fliers, tarpaulins, t-shirt
design, tumbler and others more just give me your design and I will work on it.
 
As stated on the summary of my skills, I am
pretty much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. You can
depend on me that I will never abandon a task and you won't have a hard time
contacting me. You'll find that this is why I am efficient; I'll always be
there at your beck and call.

In any case you would require me to learn a specific program
for this job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training Upgrade to see actual info fact, I might as well learn it myself, like most programs that I know now. I
can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that
the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once
I've learned the ropes.
