I have extensive experience in financial reporting and analysis. I have worked in different fields of banking, shared services, real estate, and retail. I'm very proficient with the use of different accounting and office tools and have worked extensively with different teams, including managing projects.

FINANCIAL REPORTING AND ANALYSIS - Reviews and prepares financial Upgrade to see actual infots up and implements quality controls to ensure the accuracy of financial statements. Performs data entry and other bookkeeping services. Provides useful insights, based on the financial reports, that can help Upgrade to see actual infoDIT AND INTERNAL CONTROLS - Develops and executes a robust Audit Plan in accordance with Internal Audit standards. Reviews adequacy of internal controls in the record-to-report processes and sees that procedures are in place to identify and mitigate risks.
PROCESS REVIEWS AND IMPROVEMENTS - Performs process reviews/enhancement/streamlining and UAT system testing. Drives the end-to-end corrective actions and sustainable fixes to address operational issues and service standards breakages that would lead to high-quality financial reports.
TEAM MANAGEMENT AND PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION - I have led a number of transitions to and implementations of different accounting systems. Works well with a team and ensures project deadlines are met.
Performs pre and post-implementation testings and implements fixes to ensure smooth project implementation.
