Profile Description

• Review and assess new and renewal applications and reports from loss control specialists to determine if the risk is acceptable based on company's underwriting guidelines and appetite.
• Study client's profile thru Internet research to understand their business operations/nature of business.
• Prepares proposal/quotations with applicable insurance coverage/terms and conditions.
• Determines the rate/premium using a rater and portfolio bench marking as guide.
• Meet and discuss with customers, agents and brokers to negotiate coverage, price and service delivery.
• Performs various administrative functions, including filing paperwork, delivering mail, sorting mail, policy issuance and booking.
• Responds to customer requests via telephone and e-mail and effectively answer questions and inquiries.
• Produces ad hoc reports and documents for Casualty Manager on a daily basis.
• Modify, update and process existing policies.
• Helps the team in reaching the budget.
• Manages receivables by collecting via phone and e-mail.
