I would love to share my experience with you I've been in BPO Setting and Virtually Working mainly in business-to-business sales and being an executive assistant for more than 9 years now. If RingCentral, KeepTruckin, and eKomi rings a bell then you have the right guy for this job. Let me tell you more about the accounts I've handled, let start with RingCentral, I was an account manager and takes in inbound inquiries, chats and email of our prospects that are interested in our services which is obviously a phone system, what do I do, I qualify them and ask the right questions to provide the right solution for what they need in their business and the kind of selling that we do is selling through curiosity, asking open-ended questions and give them time to think through of what they really need so I can perfectly offer them the right system that they will be needing not just today but also in the future. Next to that is KeepTruckin which actually pretty much the same as RingCentral, the only difference is it's a tracking device. Lastly, the most exciting background that I love to share is eKomi which is a UK-based review company. I was a Review Specialist that does research for all types of businesses in the US and UK that are actually ranking from the 11th spot down to the very last. I call them, ask for the decision-maker or owner who might be responsible for their reviews and ranking on google. Once I get the right person, right then I ask some qualifying questions to know their interest and if they are familiar with how important reviews and ranking in google nowadays. After that I make them realize how much big the impact would be if they rank on top and that is something we can do. Once I get their attention right away, I set up an appointment with our managers to visit them for discussion or at least a call. When it comes to being an executive assistant I'm personally in charge of assisting my employer in his daily tasks such as data entry, compiling his files, booking appointments, booking reservations, and reminding him of his meetings.
