1. Monitors daily operations and is primarily responsible for team metrics
2. Handles escalations from the team
3. Drives team performance thru regular engagement, counseling and mentoring, rewards and recognition and delegation of tasks for competency and critical skills development
4. Plans and manages team resources through scheduling and workload balancing to achieve team objective, SLAs, Stakeholders' requirements, etc.
5. Contributes to the development of new ideas and methods to improve key processes
6. Directly influences and guides the team, provides direction and workload prioritization
7. Works with cross-functional groups for process alignment and escalations
8. Works with Management team to determine business change initiatives
9. Resolves complex requirements conflicts through effective stakeholder engagement
11. Effectively conducts regular huddles, team meetings, coaching and feedback session with direct reports
12. Possesses in-depth knowledge of the business processes being supported
