Stay updated on Amazon's policies and procedures related to FBA reimbursements and communicate changes or updates to clients as needed. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns related to FBA reimbursements promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of reimbursement claims, communications with Amazon, and client interactions in the company's CRM system or database. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, customer service, and finance, to streamline reimbursement processes and improve overall customer experience. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in the reimbursement process, proposing and implementing solutions as needed.
