Recruitment, Selection and Hiring
• Assists in scheduling and inviting applicants for interview by the HR Manager and/or hiring managers, processes recruitment for staff positions, prepares and submits plantilla update and conduct Pre- employment examination and Initial InterviewEmployee Engagement• Facilitates communication program for employees thru e-email blast, posting on bulletin board and town hall meetings, plans, organizes and facilitates rewards and recognition programs like service awards and achievement awards for employees, that will improve employee morale, engagement and retention.• Plans, organizes and facilitates sports and social activities which will provide opportunities for interaction, enhance camaraderie among employees, and promote good health and well-being of employees; e.g employees' birthday celebration, summer outing, Christmas party, health and wellness program, Prepares and posts monthly list of birthday celebrators
Compensation (Salaries and Benefits Administration)
• Prepares and submits DTR of all employees and prepares payroll sum ---------- and timekeeping for Non- confidential payroll. Assists employees in compliance of requirements for statutory benefit.• Facilitates in the processing of application for loan and other benefit-related concerns with SSS, Philhealth, and HDMF. Prepares sum ---------- of SSS, HDMF and Philhealth contributions for resigned employees. Manages remittances and posting of SSS, Philhealth, and HDMF• Prepares monitoring of leave applications/credits of employees. Prepares monitoring list of attendance, overtime, tardiness, and absences of every payroll cut-off.• Ensures enrolment of all regular employees and provides information and assistance availment of HMO benefits.  Training & Organizational Development (OD)
• Provides clerical and other support for training activities like applying the training at PRC for CPD Unit.Labor Relations• Maintains disciplinary action tracker, prepares Notice of Explanation to employees with absence and tardiness/undertime violations every end of the month. Receives and releases clearances of separated employees Prepares Quitclaim and waiver for separated employees prior to release of their final payment
HR and Administrative Services Management
• Reviews and submit attendance records of employees (including leaves and absences, tardiness, and overtime) to payroll for processing of salaries. Monitors and maintains Human Resource and Admin forms and supplies. Maintains and updates the Employee Masterlist, facilitates processing of Personnel Action Forms and maintains Personnel 201 Files. Monitors and ensures that all HR expenses are kept within the budget• Prepares and maintains masterlist of HR supplies and ensure that all office supplies are maintained at adequate levels. Assists the Admin Supervisor in the day to day admin activities. Assists the HR Admin on projects that may be undertake regarding but not limited to the development/improvement of systems to improve efficiency in office operations.
Corporate Social Responsibility
• Provides assistance in organizing and managing the company’s social responsibility programs.
