Compensation (Salaries and Benefits Administration)
• Prepares and submits DTR of all employees and prepares payroll sum
• Provides clerical and other support for training activities like applying the training at PRC for CPD Unit.Labor Relations• Maintains disciplinary action tracker, prepares Notice of Explanation to employees with absence and tardiness/undertime violations every end of the month. Receives and releases clearances of separated employees Prepares Quitclaim and waiver for separated employees prior to release of their final payment
HR and Administrative Services Management
• Reviews and submit attendance records of employees (including leaves and absences, tardiness, and overtime) to payroll for processing of salaries. Monitors and maintains Human Resource and Admin forms and supplies. Maintains and updates the Employee Masterlist, facilitates processing of Personnel Action Forms and maintains Personnel 201 Files. Monitors and ensures that all HR expenses are kept within the budget• Prepares and maintains masterlist of HR supplies and ensure that all office supplies are maintained at adequate levels. Assists the Admin Supervisor in the day to day admin activities. Assists the HR Admin on projects that may be undertake regarding but not limited to the development/improvement of systems to improve efficiency in office operations.
