I have 5+ years experience working in a BPO as a customer support representative. My experience working in a call center includes taking inbound and outbound calls from customers and helping them with their account related issue and providing them troubleshooting steps to help with their technical problems. Additionally, I provide support to my colleague especially those who are new to the team and sometimes manage the queue if team managers will ask me to monitor the dashboard.
