Profile Description

I have a Bachelor's Degree on Marketing Management. I have substantial knowledge and experience when it comes to making or maintaining a brand image, effectively market a product, and formulate a marketing strategy/plan.

I have work experience in Customer Service, particularly with email and chat support. I learned and practiced the best way on how to effectively communicate with a customer. I know how to satisfy their needs, and I always make sure to help them with my full knowledge and effort.

I also have an experience as a Recruitment Associate, wherein I practiced the Recruitment Process; to source for viable candidates, train, hone, and coach them, then manage their entire hiring process up until their first day on the job.

With both work experiences combined, I can proudly say that I am great when it comes to dealing with people; back that up with my Bachelor's Degree, I am a perfect fit for any business-related, customer-centric work.

I can confidently say that I am disciplined; I have the tenacity to do whatever task that is presented to me. I have a clear goal of the things I have to do, and I always see to it that I manage myself accordingly.

I am great when it comes to learning quickly, because I am intuitive and I have great logical, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

I am fluent in speaking and writing in English and Filipino, whether it's in a casual or professional setting.
