Profile Description

• Assists the company exceed its revenue and profit objectives by ensuring that our clients websites rank as promised, and to provide the most leading-edge SEO advice, guidance and direction to other departments in the company to explain advanced SEO concepts in an effective way that clients will value us for what we do for them. 
• Contribute, evolve and/or build SEO Systems for implementation to increase the rankings of our client’s websites.
• Use sound judgement (in line with our SEO philosophy) in dUpgrade to see actual info which sites, blogs and/or research materials to rely upon when making suggestions and recommendation to both clients and other departments, when it’s required to conduct research on an issue not covered in training. 
• Ensure that all deliverables and scope for high-level clients are met according to schedule.
• Assist the SEO Head in the training of new Technical Specialist as well as retraining current Technical Specialists so that each and every member of the team is equipped to do the tasks assigned to them and can consistently do their work at a high quality. 
• Assist in the development of client-facing campaign performance reports including data quality and insight development
• Ensure that all escalated customer enquiries will be answered within 24 hours in professional business English. If research is required, an acknowledgement email with an extremely conservative estimate of the time for completing the task must be sent.
• Provide input and assistance to other departments regarding the work of the SEO department, or about specific SEO deliverables where necessary
• Provide suggestions to improve SEO processes that help standardize and ensure the quality of the team's output
• Achieve relevant objectives/KPI’s as outlined by the direct manager.
• Undertaking project work or reasonable duties as requested by the direct manager.
• Proven capability of handling Enterprise clients.
